Retail Store & Marketing Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Store Duties
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and by phone
- Assist customers with product selection, questions, and purchases
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space
- Monitor inventory levels and report restocking needs
- Handle returns, and exchanges according to company policies
- Open and close the store following established procedures
- Support in-store promotions, sales events, and product launches
- Create and schedule social media posts for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Assist with planning and executing in-store and online promotions
- Update product listings and promotional materials as needed
- Design basic marketing materials such as flyers, signage, and email campaigns
- Capture photos and short videos of products, services and events
- Track and report basic marketing metrics (engagement, promotions, foot traffic)
- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Coordinate with management on seasonal campaigns and special offers
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in marketing or business a plus)
- Previous retail, customer service, or marketing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers, social media platforms, and basic design tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
