We’re currently looking for an empathetic, collaborative, and communicative therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with children and their parents, helping them navigate life’s challenges using practical, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy, problem-focused techniques, and parent coaching.

We welcome full-time or part-time applicants who are able to work in-person in our Ottawa office.

What We’re Looking For:

• Full clinical licensure in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist)
• Some afternoon, evening, and/or weekend availability will be required
• 3 years of clinical experience (preferred, but not required)
• A passion for client-centered care and team collaboration
• Ability to pass all background and security checks

Pay: From $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
