The Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce, City of Ottawa, and the Illini Valley Association of REALTORS© welcome your participation in the inaugural Commercial Property Open House Tour Day on Saturday, April 30th, 2022, in conjunction with National Open House Month. Participating properties will be open to tour from 10am to 2:30pm.
The events begin at 9am in Rooms 104 and 105 of the Illinois Valley Community College Ottawa Center. The Ottawa Area Chamber and City of Ottawa will host presentations explaining incentive programs available to businesses, developers, and investors in the Ottawa area including: TIF, Enterprise Zones, and Façade Improvement Grants, as well as public art partnerships with NCI ARTworks to enhance the quality of life and encourage economic development." There will also be commercial lenders on site to answer questions and to provide current financing information.
