Join us at Heritage Harbor for the 1st Annual Morel Hunt!
Never mushroom hunted before? No worries! If you have never hunted for morel mushrooms
before, guides and instructors will be available to guide you on your hunt.

Meet us at the Welcome Center at 1982 N 2753rd Road, Ottawa IL
What to bring: A bag for the morels, rain gear and extra shoes in case of mud.
Cost: $35 per person $10 per child (Includes danishes, coffee, juice, transporation, guide and lunch.
Requirements: A release of liability waiver must be signed by each morel hunter.

7-8am: Registration with overview of Morel Mushroom Hunting Slide to show and narrative education. Coffee, juice and danishes available.
8-9am: Departure to hunt sites with guide.
9-11:45: Hunting!
12pm: Return to Heritage Harbor Ottawa
12:30pm: Lunch at Crawdad's
1:30-2:30om: Awards & adjourn.
