IVHRA presents Lean in the Office/Administrative Setting
The February 17 meeting of the Illinois Valley Human Resource Association will feature Mark Baer with IMEC. Mark's presentation, Lean in the Office/Administrative Setting, will prepare HR professionals to define non-value added work and introduce the idea of organizational effectiveness through standardized work, workplace organization (5S) and eliminating redundancy.
