Educate & Relate, Character in Business Matters
Workshop presented by: Ken Fisher , Ambassador-at-Large for the Abraham Lincoln Center for Character Development
This workshop will focus on the importance of character in the operation of a business (or any organization). Emphasis will be on organizational values and individual character – for leaders and employees. Beyond business ethics, this workshop will help leaders create a work environment that supports people in being their best person and doing their best work. Activities will involve how to hire, train and recognize employees based on character values. Participants will leave with some basic tools, processes and resources for “Creating a Culture of Character” in their workplace.
