Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
The role of the Autism Center’s BCBA involves overseeing ABA therapy programs at the Autism Center. This position will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The BCBA will ensure the programs of assigned clients align with current trends in ABA research and adherence to best practices. Within this role, coaching and mentorship are extended to RBTs, BCBAs, and those pursuing advanced credentials in behavior analysis.
