Events will include a presentation by Civil War historian, Rob Girardi, Union and Confederate encampments and parade, a Civil War era medical tent, Dickey-Wallace cemetery tours, sutlers and vendors in Washington Park, and a performance by the 33rd Illinois Volunteer Regiment Band.
