For the Scarecrow Festival\, Downtown Ottawa's sidewalks will be decorated with creative scarecrows made in the image of this year's theme\, "Children's Media." To create a scarecrow for Scarecrow Fest is FREE and is open to businesses\, organizations\, classes\, teams\, families\, and individuals.\n\n\n\nThe Ottawa Scarecrow Festival is organized by the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce\, Dylan Conmy of Prairie Fox Books\, and Heather Pursley of Post and Prairie Design Studio.
