The Ottawa Art League, a non-profit organization, is hosting their First Annual Holiday Sale. The show will be held at Jeremiah Joe Coffee located at 807 LaSalle Street in downtown Ottawa on Saturday, November 27th, from 9am-4pm. Local artists from the Illinois Valley will have their work available for sale. It?s a great time to start your holiday shopping and find unique gifts by local artists and artisans. The Ottawa Art League was established in 1967 by a group of artists from the Illinois Valley Area. It is a non-profit organization. The Ottawa Art League mission is to cultivate and promote a greater interest in art and to encourage the exchange of ideas, knowledge and experience among both professional and amateur artists. The OAL arranges local competitions and viewings for amateur and youth artists in the community and offers awards and prizes for the purpose of encouraging contributions to art.
