Helio Ruvalcaba will present a financial planning program in the Reddick Library Annex, 401 W. Washington St. "Finding Balance In Your Budget", 5:30 p.m., Thursday, November 5, 2009, will cover how to set up a budget that works and help participants understand loans, borrowing and the importance of managing credit card debt. This program does not require prior registration, but participants need valid Reddick Library cards to attend.
